Bought a vehicle from dealer they sold me this warranty which sounded great at the time. But of coarse being a diesel truck the turbo started leaking but they wont fix cause it has a seal in it and wynns does not cover seals or gaskets.

But if you think about it almost everything has a seal or gasket in it. Complete ripoff and someone needs to shut them down.

complete scam artist taking money from anyone and everyone. and to make things better i had fallen on hard times and purchased it because i thought it would help if i had any problems....wrong....and if i was a dealer i would never sell this to my customers cause itll have an impact on your business as well

Monetary Loss: $2500.

I just called credit acceptance about my warranty if I can cancel . Yes you can they even have me a term price if I sold my truck.

I am having the same problem. I purchased a 2014 Fiat paying $457 a month I have came out of pocket for parts and maintenance that were not covered by the warranty.

Now my transmission and cylinder shafts have Broke down and they ainโ€™t going to replace it. I feel like they are in cahoots with credit acceptance and any dealership that deals with their business.

Dont know they cover seal and gasket on my car no lie

MOST WARRANTY COMPANIES DO NOT COVER SEALS AND GASKETS UNLESS YOU PICK THAT OPTION AND PAY EXTRA FOR IT. YOU DIDNT GET THE CORRECT INFO WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE WARRANTY SO THE PERSON WHO SOLD IT TO YOU IS THE ONE YOU SHOULD BE UPSET WITH NOT THE WARRANTY COMPANY.

I bought there extended warranty and it's a bunch of ***. I bought my car in September 2016 and it's a 2012 Nissan Versa and by October the Transmission went out in it.

So it took me a month to get my car back. Now here we are in February and the transmission went out in it again. Then they send me a transmission that shifts hard, whinns real loud, and leaks everywhere, so my mechanic sent it back and now they sent me one that smells burnt so the dealer sent it back and they the supplier is sending it back telling the dealer they have to put it in my car, my dealer's hands are tied. They are picking parts and pick and pull lots they are not giving semi used parts no they are giving *** parts so in a few month I will be back in there with another transmission that's gone bad.

If they added up all the cost for the parts and labor and rentals they have had to pay for this car they could of used the money to buy a new transmission. So pissed, will never buy another warranty from Wynn's EVER Again

Never buy a warranty of this Wynnยดs Plus company. Itยดs a *** rip off..... They should be in jail....I have a relative who paid in advance a mechanical warranty and 6 months later, the vehicle started getting a nasty noise....It was clear were not the crankshaft noise, but noise is inside the engine....Wynn Plus inspector said canยดt pay because itยดs not covered as mechanical failure and the only way they can reconsider the decision is opening the engine, but this expense should be pay by owner ....

If you werent a "credit rat" than you would be able to get a better warranty. But since u messed ur credit up thats what u get. u dont like it, u dont drive

Um credit rat huh... Way to be judgemental..

anyways even if he was bad credit wynns would be worse credit history because they don't honor there deals.

So you saying it's ok to rip someone off based on credit.. You don't make sense you should try and help thus the warranty...

Wynn's only withholds coverage of seals and gaskets when the vehicle is purchased with more then 100,000 miles. It is clearly stated on each contract.

Since the turbo oil seal failed and that is a serviceable part that seal was not a covered component. Additionally seals are covered even on a contract without seal and gasket coverage as part of a repair to a covered part.

For example if you have an intake manifold that is cracked the contract would cover the manifold and the gasket for that repair. Only when the failed part is a gasket or seal is it not covered.

NOT TRUE...I HAD A AXELSHAFT BREAK AND TAKE OUT THE BALL JOINT . THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT POSSIBLE.

I HAVE SEEN THIS MANY TIMES.ZERO COVERAGE. NOT TO MENTION THE PHONE JOCKEY THINKS HE KNOWS MORE THAN A CERTIFIED MASTER MECHANIC.

I experienced the same problem. I purchased a car from a dealer and drove the car for about six months before experiencing transmission problems.

Wynns agreed to only pay a portion for my vehicle to be fixed and wanted the transmission shop to give me a 12 month warranty on repairing my car which they refused because they said it would'nt last because wynns wanted them to piece my car together instead of repairing it appropriately.

Now I am stuck with a bill from the transmission shop just for tearing it down for wynns inspector to inspect it to refuse fixing it and no car. The transmission shop wants 750.00 just for tearing it down and 1500.00 to put it back together unfixed.

yES I AM EXPERIENCE THE SAME THING WITH THIS COMPANY WYNN THEY HAD THE MECHANIC AT THE DEALER BREAK IT DOWN SO THEY CAN INSPECT IT AND NOW THEY WANT TO FIX IT WITH A HALF *** WAY THAT WONT LAST. nO THE DEALER DOESNT WANT TO FIX IT EITHER WHICH LEAVES ME WITH NO CAR OR A $1300 BILL AND I HAVE ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 4 MONTHS AND ONLY DROVE IT 2 MONTHS.

I SUGGEST WE ALL REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL NEWS STATIONS AND THE FTC AND STOP THIS ACTION.

AMAZING HOW SO CALLED REPUTABLE DEALERS CAN RIPP OFF THE PUBLIC AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

How can this non sense be stopped. I'm going to file a claim in court. Some government agency needs to step on how unfair to the consumer.
