My car has been sitting at the Ford dealership because Wynn's warranty company said they had to send out a adjustor to look at the car. I have been fighting with them to get the covered part fixed, Ford has done everything that they have asked to do.

It was 12 hours of labor to take the motor apart. The adjustor and the warranty company told them to put them motor back together to get the injector to stick open again. The dealership told them that only two ways this could have happened, one if I drove the car into a lake and got water sucked into the injector got stuck and dumped to much fuel in the cylinder. And since the motor shows no water in it, it is the injector causing the problem.

The motor is done. They don't want to replace it. So my care has been in the shop for almost 14 days and 650.00 later on a rental car. I have got to the point of having to get a lawyer.

I contacted the place where I bought the car and they are getting involved. If that doesn't work im going to take them to court. I didn't have a choice I had to have the warranty company bc of credit acceptance is my loan company. So why should the warranty company have a choice what they are not going to pay when its a covered part.

I contacted the BBB and I am writing to the state attorney generals office. I am stressed out over this.

I have two kids and bc of this my kids wont have a Christmas because my money is tied up in a rental car because of this messed up warranty. They will pay I wont stop until I win.

Monetary Loss: $3500.
