We are a repair shop and jumped through all of there hoops over 5 business days to finally get an approval # and authorization to repair. After work was completed Wynns warranty refused to pay claim unless we sold all parts at our dealer cost. We had to remove the engine and give the car back to the customer in pieces. Our shop has over 4 hours of phone calls and administration time wrapped up in this claim. Other companies we deal with are 10-15 minutes at most. These people are a joke. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE POLICIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
