In pepboys now getting my wheel bearings very small work compared to engine damage and i been here since 8am its 300 pm now and the warranty company is saying they are not getting an fax from this location and that they cancelled fleet transactions with all pepboys, and now they asking for my registration for my vehicle like if they are police officers. And 2 hours to process a fax on their end is unbelievable i hope they get law suit because every time something is wrong and they supposedly cover it im going to have to go through this hassle because they dont keep records like autopart stores do.
